From the Adriatic to Treviso

Saturday 28 November at diVino Osteria Trevigiana you can have dinner with delicacies from the Adriatic Sea.

Our chef Fabio Mariuzzo proposes:

Buffet of appetizers with:

*Carpaccio of tuna from the Adriatic, seabass with tartare of vegetables and pan brioche

*Salted codfish and creamed snapper

*Hot curled octopus with white celery

*Fresh sardines with crisp bread coating

* Fried bread with sardines with “Crescenza from Borgoluce” stuffing

* Shrimps salad with Borgoluce’s buffalo mozzarella, confit tomatoes and vegan Parmesan

* Roasted octopus on Piave’s purple potatoes cream and caciotta from Borgoluce

 

and then show cooking with

 

Risotto with Radicchio Tardivo from Treviso IGP and “Mediterranean” scallop on coral cream

Sliced yellowfin tuna with dark artichokes and grilled radicchio

Sorbet with lemon and sage

Cheesecake on almond brittle and berries

 

Wine: Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Brut e Pinot Grigio Borgoluce

San Benedetto water and Goppion coffee
