At DiVino Osteria Trevigiana, this dish is prepared by following the ancient recipe of the “onto” goose and, as in our tradition of Treviso, there is surely in our menu the roasted goose with peverada and local products.

– * Goose confit (cooked goose preserved according to the ancient recipe) served with celery and artichokes salad – Euro 11.00
